Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services engaged with SatvicTech. Because our work is custom and milestone-based, this policy reflects the effort invested at each stage.

1. Advance payments

An advance payment is required to begin a project and reserves our team's time. The advance is non-refundable once work (discovery, design, or development) has begun, as it covers planning and allocated capacity.

2. Milestone payments

Payments made against completed and approved milestones are non-refundable, as they represent work already delivered to you.

3. Cancellation by the client

You may cancel a project at any time with written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any completed deliverables will be handed over on settlement of that amount.

4. Cancellation by us

In the rare event we must cancel (for example, if requirements fall outside our expertise), we will hand over completed work and refund any pre-paid amounts for work not yet started.

5. Maintenance plans

Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refunded, but service continues until the cycle ends.

To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, email satvictech@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days and always try to resolve concerns fairly.
